The Associate Global Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving new product development for US export and locally produced products through knowledge sharing, development of product definitions based on Voice of Customer and the Consumer, and project management. They will champion actionable knowledge sharing and global collaboration by implementing and leveraging digital tools. And they will drive the execution of regional and global initiatives that are led or supported by the Global Leadership team. New Product Development Project Support Lead NPD projects at WHQ for global markets to deliver with quality and on time: develop product definitions with global marketing managers; manage STM discovery projects; drive exploration of sourcing options; engage manufacturing facilities to execute manufacturing of new finished goods When applicable, lead project through full process- from customer ideation to commercialization process Main point of contact with GM marketer responsible for each project Ability to lead and influence key functional managers and leads within WHQ Interaction with key Rich’s Global Market business leaders (BU lead, marketing, QA, logistics, R&D, etc) Represent the voice of the Global Markets customers at WHQ Support GM Demand Creation team on both global branding and digital marketing Global Knowledge & Best Practice Sharing Share what’s new for market trends, product & technology innovations – Global AI Champion Virtual Workshop and Virtual Conference Management – drive new ways of connecting, collaborating, and sharing. Design and execute meetings Share USC and Global Markets-based product and application innovations in an effective manner for global markets to digest and act on, spurring creative developments in local markets Develop a deep understanding of product hierarchies and category development and share this knowledge effectively with the global markets Regional/Global Strategic Initiatives Provide support, as needed, on major regional and global initiatives that are either led or supported by WHQ and Global Leadership Implement STM (Speed to Market) capabilities in local markets Drive new solutions by listening to user feedback and working with IT teams and other markets. Explore creative solutions Help define roadmaps and future strategic planning for region Design and coordinate customer/associate visits, trade shows, conferences, team meetings, whether they be in-person or virtual. Ensure objectives of visit are understood and achieved through proper execution. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Bachelors required with an MBA strongly preferred with a combined total of 3-5 years progressive marketing experience and demonstrated promotability within the organization. Project management experience is strongly preferred Independent self-starter with proven ability to develop project plans and timelines for vague or ambiguous projects Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to conduct effective presentations to various audiences.
