REQUIREMENT:

Senior Systems Analyst – Enterprise Data Workflow, Visualization & Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

Austin, Texas (Hybrid)---Locals Only

Need Overall 15+Years of experience

3 References from the recent projects are must.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 13 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst with strong analytical and documentation skills.


• 13 years of experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams on complex data-driven problems.


• 10 years of experience designing and optimizing data workflows and management processes using modeling/mapping tools.


• 10 years of experience writing Epics and User Stories with acceptance criteria for development and QA teams.


• 8 years of experience creating and maintaining data documentation (data dictionaries, BRDs, mapping specifications).


• 8 years of experience designing and presenting visual data models and dashboards for performance and trend analysis.


• 8 years of experience leading data-focused meetings, interviews, and driving resolution of data-related issues.  
  

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics (or equivalent experience).


• 4 years of Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple data projects or assignments concurrently.  
  

Specific Skills:

• Business Data Analysis (requirements gathering, documentation, data-driven solutions).


• Data workflows & data management design.


• Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria writing.


• Data dictionaries, mapping specifications, BRDs.


• Visual data modeling & dashboard creation.


• Leadership in workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
