What Your role entails:

You'll work on-site Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.

Each day, you focus on building relationships and driving revenue by ensuring customers love their vehicle maintenance experience. You make important post-service satisfaction calls, proactively book future appointments, and conduct reminder calls to maintain a full shop schedule and reduce no-shows. You run outbound campaigns for promotions and follow-ups, all aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction. You're diligent about documenting records accurately, and when faced with challenging customer situations, you stay positive and escalate issues to a manager for resolution. Collaborating with store leaders, you ensure every interaction enhances the customer experience.
