Job Summary: Responsible for routing inbound and outbound air freight shipments to their destinations and processing transactions for shipments.

Job Duties: - Load and unload freight, packages or cargo.
- Take orders from customers, arrange for pickup of cargo and answer questions related to cargo.
- Prepare bills of lading and weigh items to determine charges and prepare freight bills.
- Collect fees, process payments, and issue refunds using the computer system.
- Contact vendors and claims adjustment department to resolve problems with shipments.
- Prepare manifest to accompany shipments and maintain records of goods shipped, received. and stored.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
- Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
- Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a valid Driving License.
- Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
Physical requirements: - Must be able to constantly lift, move up to 70 lbs, push, pull; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, grasp outwards and bend.
Working conditions: - Must be able to work weekends and holidays
