Clinic Billing Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinic Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing and submitting medical claims to insurance companies and ensuring timely reimbursement for services rendered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify patient insurance information
• Code and submit medical claims to insurance providers
• Follow up on unpaid claims and resubmit as necessary
• Communicate with patients regarding billing inquiries
• Ensure compliance with billing and coding regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in medical billing and coding
• Proficiency with billing software and electronic health records systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of insurance guidelines and regulations
