This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Manager located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Fleet Manager will oversee all aspects of fleet operations, including monitoring and managing the company’s vehicles and equipment. Responsibilities encompass compliance with DOT regulations, scheduling maintenance, managing budgets, optimizing fleet efficiency, supervising operational staff, and analyzing fleet performance metrics to ensure cost-effectiveness and safety. The Fleet Manager will also collaborate with other departments to align fleet activities with organizational objectives.

• Comprehensive knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance standards related to fleet management
• Proficiency in Fleet Management and Fleet Operations for ensuring operational efficiency
• Strong background in Operations Management with experience supervising personnel and optimizing performance
• Analytical Skills for evaluating fleet data, cost analysis, and decision-making
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in fleet management software and other management tools is a plus
• Previous experience in construction or a related industry is highly desirable
