🏡 What You'll Do (The Real Stuff)

You'll provide hands-on care and support based on each client's individualized care plan, including:

Personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
Safe transfers, mobility support, and walking assistance
Toileting assistance and skin care observation
Meal prep, feeding, and light homemaking
Medication reminders (no med administration)
Monitoring client status and documenting care
Keeping the home clean, safe, and comfortable
Knowing when something's not right - and speaking up
