Hello everyone! I am looking to hire someone to check on my house while I am deployed to Japan for 6 months. It is a simple check every few days to ensure nothing occurs while I am away. Only responsibilities are to check and make sure the house is in good condition while away (3-4x a week) to include ensuring the pipes haven't frozen, the heat still works, and there are no glaring issues. Additionally, it will require checking on my car and starting it 1x a week. Job will also include mail collection when checking on the house.
