Job Summary:

We are seeking a caring, responsible, and experienced Live-In Nanny/Housekeeper to join our household. The position primarily involves taking care of the children during the weeks they are with their mom and ensuring the home is clean and organized. This role requires someone who is flexible, nurturing, and capable of managing household tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Childcare:

• Morning Routine: Wake the children up, assist with getting ready for school, prepare breakfast, and drive them to school.
• Afternoon/Evening Care: Pick the children up from school, prepare dinner, assist with homework, and help them get ready for bed.
• School Days: Ensure the children are well-prepared for the next day, including packing lunches and organizing school bags.

Housekeeping:

• During School Hours: Perform light cleaning tasks such as laundry, tidying up, and maintaining the cleanliness of the home. Use this time for personal breaks as needed.
• Off Weeks: When the children are with their father, focus on deep cleaning, organizing the home, and maintaining a tidy environment.

Additional Duties:

• Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare healthy meals for the children.
• Household Organization: Keep the home organized, ensuring that children's rooms, play areas, and common spaces are clean and clutter-free.
• Communication: Regularly update the mom on the children’s activities, any concerns, and overall household management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a nanny or housekeeper.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to manage household tasks and childcare independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to the family’s schedule and needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the family.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
