Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled UI QA tester with automation scripting ability. The ideal candidate will be an experienced manual QA who also has experience writing automation scripts using Selenium Java and making API calls. They should be well-versed in defining the Page Object Model (POM) and capable of creating detailed test plans and test cases.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create, review, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
2. Identify, document, and track software defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
3. Analyze test results and ensure quality assurance processes are followed.
4. Design and implement the Page Object Model (POM) to enhance test automation structure and scalability.
5. Continuously enhance automation frameworks and processes to improve test efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Hands-on experience with Selenium Webdriver and the Page Object Model.
2. Proficiency in implementing and using the Page Object Model (POM).
3. Experience with test case management tools and bug tracking systems.
4. Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile processes.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work with changing requirements and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with AWS especially AWS CLI and pipelines.
2. Experience with curl and other Unix commands.
3. Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) tools.
4. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).
5. ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.
