Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Manual QA Tester with a strong background in software testing and a passion for healthcare technology. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Cerner Millennium-focused testing, public health systems, and/or hospital-based healthcare environments.

The hourly pay rate ranges from $25-35/hr and based on experience.


Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for interface, integration, smoke, and regression testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Identify, document, and track software defects using standard QA tools.
Participate in test planning, test execution, and reporting.
Validate claims billing and processing workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement in QA processes.

- 3+ years experience in public health systems and/or hospital-based healthcare
- 5+ years manual software testing, including interface, integration, smoke and regression.
- 3+ years experience with Cerner Millennium-focused testing products
- Experience in testing claims billing and processing
