• Full time

What you’ll be working on:

\n

\n
• For the first 6 months you will be working with a NP, PA, or Physician preceptor with 3+ years graduate clinical experience 
\n
• Case-review: Appointment review with your preceptor 
\n
• Assignments: Clinical learning 
\n
• Didactics: Guided learning from faculty
\n
• Co-managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
\n
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
\n
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
\n
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
\n
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures 
\n

\n

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

\n

\n
• Graduation date between Spring 2025 - Fall 2025from an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification 
\n
• Must already be licensed in DC
\n
• Must be Board Certified as a either a FNP, ANP, or PA-C by start date in May 2026
\n

• Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients
