WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB-GYN to join our practice at the Franciscan Physician Network Legacy Hills Health Center located in LaPorte, Indiana. Provider will join our growing, thriving practice that includes three experienced physicians.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

For all health care services at Franciscan Physician Network, we follow the Ethical and Religious Directives, while caring for our patient population.

• Ideal opportunity for a good work-life balance
• Flexible clinic schedule of 22.5 hours per week
• Total of 36 patient contact hours per week
• Weekday, weekend & holiday call: 1:4
• Practice with 3 experienced physicians
• Will assist to provide collaboration and supervision of Nurse Practitioner
• Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients per day
• Average inpatient volume: 2 - 3 per day
• Average deliveries: 5 - 6 per month at Franciscan Health Michigan City
• Blocked OR time with Da Vinci Robotics on site
• Ultrasound on site
• J1 waivers (for 2025 graduates) and H1B candidates are welcome
• Located 45 minutes from downtown Chicago and in close proximity to Michigan

Qualifications:

• Doctorate - Required
• Physician License (DR/DO) - Upon Hire Required and -
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
