Experience Level Mid‑level (1-5 years) Salary Range $65,000 – $85,000 + comprehensive benefits Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Data Integration: Manage complex calendars using data‑driven scheduling, prepare briefings with integrated visualizations, analyze meeting effectiveness, coordinate travel with cost‑benefit analysis. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data; create dashboards and reports tracking KPIs; identify trends, patterns, and prepare data‑driven presentations for executives. Communication & Coordination: Serve as liaison between executives and departments; draft communications with data‑supported content; facilitate information flow using collaborative tools; track and report project milestones.
