Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Platform Administrator for a Contract with a client in Raleigh, NC. This role requires strong expertise in administering and maintaining IronClad workflows and system configurations.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Platform Administrator job responsibilities include:

• Configure and maintain IronClad workflows, templates, approval processes, and user access controls to ensure smooth contract lifecycle operations.

• Implement and manage integrations with ERP, CRM, and enterprise systems such as Salesforce and SAP to automate and streamline contract processes.

• Monitor system performance, ensure uptime and reliability, and oversee data integrity, security, document storage, and audit trails.

• Provide Tier‑2 user support for IronClad issues and deliver training sessions, documentation, and guidance for legal, procurement, and business teams.

• Generate dashboards and reports to track contract status, cycle times, and compliance metrics, offering insights to reduce bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.

• Ensure governance and compliance with organizational policies, legal standards, GDPR/SOC 2 requirements, and support internal/external audits with appropriate documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in system administration or contract management platforms (IronClad experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and hands‑on experience with workflow configuration, integrations, and automation.

• Solid knowledge of data security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2) with proven ability to support audits, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
