🏭 NOW HIRING: Production Operator - Material Handler
📍 Location: Lakeville, MN
🕒 Full-Time | 12 Hour Shifts
💼 Entry-Level Manufacturing Opportunity


Ready to start your career in manufacturing? We're looking for a dependable Production Operator - Material Handler to join our team in a hands-on role working with food-grade powder production. You'll operate equipment, package product, and keep everything clean and safe-all while working closely with a team of 3-4 people in a supportive environment.

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Work with your team to operate a food spray dryer and produce food powders
• Handle and package powdered food materials
• Maintain clean and sanitary equipment -following strict food safety standards
• Follow production procedures and meet all safety and quality requirements
• Lift and carry materials (up to 75 lbs lift / 50 lbs carry) as needed
• Stay on your feet- standing for up to 3 hours and walking for 9+ hours
• Support other team members to ensure smooth production flow

🕒 Shifts Available (12-Hour Shifts):


Day Shift: 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM


2-2-3 Rotating Schedule:

• Week 1: Mon-Tues ON | Weds-Thurs OFF | Fri-Sun ON
• Week 2: Mon-Tues OFF | Weds-Thurs ON | Fri-Sun OFF

• Entry-level, no experience required - we'll train you!
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures
• Able to lift, carry, stand, and walk for extended periods
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
