Job Description

Project Assistance & Process Follow-up

• Assist the project manager in formulating warehousing automation project plans, track task milestones, record progress, and compile weekly/monthly reports.
• Participate in the implementation of warehousing automation projects, including coordinating equipment installation and commissioning, system launch, and other related links.

Data Collation & Analysis

• Collect various data of warehousing automation projects (such as inventory data, operational efficiency, etc.) and assist in creating visual charts.
• Analyze basic data to support the development of warehousing process optimization and automation upgrade plans.

Document Management & Report Compilation

• Responsible for sorting out and filing project-related documents (e.g., meeting minutes, operation flowcharts, supplier information) to ensure accurate and traceable information.
• Assist in drafting project plans and presentation materials (such as PPT presentations), including both

Chinese and English versions. Cross-departmental Coordination & Communication

• Assist in liaison with technical, operational, procurement and other departments to convey project requirements and feedback progress.
• Participate in communication and coordination with international teams/suppliers to ensure accurate transmission of project information.

Warehousing Automation System Support

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), automated equipment control systems, etc.
• Participate in system testing and issue recording, and assist in resolving technical problems during the implementation of warehousing automation.

Annual Salary : JPY 4-6 million Insurance: Based on local Japanese regulations
