FULTRADE is seeking experienced and driven individuals to join our network as 1099 self-employed Property Damage Advisors. In this fully remote role with unlimited territory, you'll be the crucial link between property owners with roof damage and reputable roofing contractors, guiding them through the process with integrity and expertise. This is more than a sales job; it's an opportunity to be a trusted advisor. You'll be responsible for identifying properties with potential roof damage through canvassing and cold calling. Your primary role will be to inspect roofs, accurately assess damage, and educate property owners on their options. You will then facilitate an agreement, helping the owner choose a qualified local roofing company from your network or our trusted partners. You have the option to make additional money if you choose to also attend insurance adjuster meetings and get claims approved. What You'll Do: Proactively identify leads through canvassing and cold calling to find residential and commercial property owners with roof damage. Conduct thorough roof inspections (must have your own tools and know-how). Act as a knowledgeable and transparent advisor to property owners, explaining damage assessments and the claim/repair process. Secure agreements from property owners to utilize our network for their roofing needs. Leverage your existing connections with reputable roofing companies and general contractors, or build new relationships, to ensure property owners receive top-quality service. Operate with a strong sense of self-motivation, integrity, and transparency – no pushy sales tactics. Why Partner with FULTRADE? Uncapped Earning Potential (100% Commission): Easily earn a baseline of $62,400 annually working just 20 hours a week on average (based on residential agreements). Ambitious advisors can earn $218,000 or more working 30 hours a week (residential). Commercial agreements offer significantly higher earning potential (estimated 5x residential agreement values). Make a Real Impact: Help property owners navigate a stressful situation and connect them with reliable solutions. Who We're Looking For: Minimum of one year of sales experience. Minimum of one year of experience specifically in Roofing and/or General Contracting sales (you will be inspecting roofs regularly). Proven success in selling to roofing/general contractors and engaging with property owners. Proficient in roof inspection techniques and damage identification. Must possess a Valid Driver's License and have your own reliable transportation. Must own necessary tools for roof inspections (e.g., ladder, camera, chalk, etc.). A self-starter who is highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented. Unwavering commitment to transparency, ethical conduct, and an advisor-first mentality. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ideally, you have an established network of trusted roofing companies and general contractors. Comfortable with canvassing and cold calling to generate leads. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
