We're Hiring: Sales Assistant

📍 Location: Atlanta, GA

🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (some evenings/weekends may apply)

Are you experienced in the stone and tile industry and passionate about sales and marketing support ? We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team at a 63-year-old, industry-leading company and help deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for clients—greet, assist, and provide concierge-level service.
• Support sales operations with quotes, client packages, and order tracking.
• Maintain showroom presentation and manage samples and marketing tools.
• Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and warranty documentation.
• Help generate and qualify web leads and support showroom events.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

What You Bring

• Experience in the stone and tile industry is a plus.
• Background in marketing and sales/sales support is strongly preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, design, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
