Express Employment is currently hiring TEMPORARY SEASONAL WAREHOUSE ORDER PICKERS to join our outbound order selection team. Please read the description below for more information on the role. This temporary project is expected to end in January 2025.


Shifts/Hours:

3rd Shift - Monday- Friday 9pm-5am (or until done)


Weekend Shift - Saturday, Sunday, Monday (Sat-Mon) - 6am-630pm (or until done)


**ALL OVERTIME IS MANDATORY UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED**


Seasonal Warehouse Order Picker Job Duties

• Pick and pack orders for outbound/shipping
• Scan all products with RF scanner
• Break down case of product for single item picking
• Palletize items and boxes for outbound/shipping
• Able to walk, bend, pull and push a cart for full shift
• Any additional tasks assigned by leadership team
• Required to arrive as scheduled daily or attendance points will be accrued
• ALL OVERTIME IS MANDATORY UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to submit to drug and background checks.
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to safety procedures and guidelines.
