Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full -Time Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional tax services to our diverse client base.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax regulations.
Assist clients in maximizing tax-saving opportunities and implementing effective tax strategies.
Research and analyze complex tax issues to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and current tax advice.
Maintain organized and detailed documentation of client interactions and tax filings.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
1-2 years of proven experience in tax preparation and planning
Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations and their applications.
Proficiency in tax software and accounting software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and team collaboration.
Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
