Location: Winchester, VA (Regional travel up to 1.5 hrs, home every night)
Schedule: Full-time • 4–5 Day Work Week • No Overnight Travel

Lux Foundation Solutions is a Class A Construction & Design-Build firm specializing in foundation repair, crawlspace encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting/repair. We believe in protecting homes and building trust through clean workmanship, clear communication, and education-first service. We are looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our team in a blended role—handling service repairs, small installations, and proactive maintenance.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform service calls and smaller installations: slab lifting, sump pump swaps, discharge line adjustments, crack repairs (interior/exterior), crawlspace pump-outs, and minor structural supports.

• Diagnose issues, measure, sketch, and photo-document conditions to recommend solutions.

• Handle warranty and proactive service visits with professionalism.

• Recommend helpful add-ons to clients (battery backups, dehumidifiers, discharge extensions, void fill foam).

• Maintain clean sites visits, communicate clearly with clients, and close out work properly.

Must-Haves:

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and clear communication skills.

• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs throughout the day.

• Clear technical & problem solving mindset to be able to diagnose, provide solution and repair.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Winchester office.

• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required):

• Experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, concrete, or general construction.

• Hands-on skills with concrete, steel, carpentry, plumbing, or other similar trades

Compensation & Benefits:

• $19–$27/hr base pay (approx. $41,600–$60,300 annually, DOE).

• Performance bonuses ( potential with base $55k–$80k+).
