Day shifts: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (8 hours)
Some evening or weekend hours required
On-call responsibilities as needed for crisis response

Your Role
Provide screening, assessment, and crisis intervention via telehealth and in-person
Determine appropriate level of care and least restrictive treatment settings
Deliver transitional support, advocacy, and care coordination services
Respond to crisis calls in coordination with local police departments
Engage adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders and their families
Assist with ongoing mental health treatment for clients in intensive case management programs
Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
