Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and ARRT certification for an outpatient breast imaging contract.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Outpatient breast imaging center setting
• Performs mammograms, breast ultrasound, bone density scans, and breast biopsy procedures
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• 13-week contract with 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
• Patient population focused on breast care and diagnostic imaging
• Uses Cerner EMR, prior experience preferred
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
• Perm staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break in service
• 100% credentialing requirements must be completed prior to start
• Compliance is strict with no exceptions or conditional starts allowed
• Badge photo must be submitted upon offer acceptance
• RTO must be requested at the time of application
• Vaccination and testing requirements may apply
• Candidate may be prescreened by phone prior to offer

\n \n Requirements\n

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography or breast imaging
• Current ARRT certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred
• License required if applicable
