Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pathology Assistant to support anatomic pathologists by preparing and examining surgical specimens and conducting gross dissections. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in a pathology lab or hospital setting. Duties include specimen accessioning, gross examination, frozen sections, and proper documentation.
Candidates may be required to float within the pathology department . Weekend or holiday coverage may apply. Missed shifts must be made up as necessary. Compliance typically takes 4–6 weeks to complete. A voice screening and hiring manager interview are part of the process.
