\n• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing professional/clinical knowledge and skills in patient care
\n• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
\n• Every other weekend schedule required
\n• 16-hour NBO (no blow off) policy
\n• EMR system: CERNER
\n• At least 2 years of previous step down experience required
\n• At least 1 travel contract completion required
\n• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
\n• Iowa nursing license required
\n• Must have taxable address more than 50 miles from market
\n• Winter holidays: Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving)
\n• Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26
\n• Skills checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission date
\n• 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
\n• Same day interviews available
