We are actively looking to hire talented provisionally licensed therapists (LPC-R, LMSW, LMFT-R) in Virginia, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.

\nWe offer provisionally licensed therapists:

• Supervision provided at no cost
• Full-time W-2 positions

• On-site & hybrid positions, offering both in-person & remote flexibility (minimum 3 days in-office)

• Annual income potential: $76,000 to $100,000+

Provisionally licensed therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking:

• Provisionally licensed therapists licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC-R, LMSW or LMFT-R.
• Experienced in working with child and adolescent populations.
