What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  
  
• Build and manage a strong pipeline
  
  
• Negotiate rates and contracts
  
  
• Coordinate shipments with operations teams
  
  
• Hit KPIs while representing a trusted national brand
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2-5+ years freight brokerage or logistics experience
  
  
• Proven revenue ($300K+/month) and margin performance
  
  
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship skills
  
  
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset
  
  
• No non-compete
