Job Description Job Description Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Industrial Engineer or similar profession to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in running and managing our concrete batch plant locations trough the Rio Grande Valley, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality. This position requires a strong background in engineering principles and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments to implement effective solutions. Responsibilities Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Design and implement efficient systems for manufacturing operations. Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization, including supervising and motivating the team and analyzing daily reports. Ensure planned KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded. Develop and maintain vision inspection systems to enhance Equipment and product quality. Prepare reports on process performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements. Monitor the production process adjusting the schedule as needed. Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations. Hold meetings with supervisor on a weekly basis. Experience Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members across various departments. 5 years’ experience working in production management. 5 years’ experience working in an industrial setting. Fluent in English and Spanish.
