Annual Salary: $230k-$300k (varies depending on years of experience)

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible  Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to join a dynamic outpatient musculoskeletal team. This role is ideal for a provider passionate about non-surgical orthopedic care, functional restoration, and collaborative patient management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving function and reducing pain.
• Perform EMGs and other diagnostic procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other specialists to ensure integrated care.
• Provide image-guided and ultrasound-guided injections (e.g., joint, tendon, bursa).
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
• Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited PM&R residency program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Experience in outpatient musculoskeletal care preferred.
• Proficiency in performing EMGs and joint injections.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
